akarta, 26/01/2016 - NLDA - Head of The National Law Development Agency, Prof. Dr. Enny Nurbaningsih, S.H., M.Hum accompanied by Head of National Legal Planning and Development, Agus Subandriyo, S.H., M.H and Head of Legislation Planning Department, Tongam Silaban, S.H., M.H attended a Plennary Meeting (26/1/2016). Finally The House of Representative (DPR) passed forty (40) bills which consist of fourteen (14) from 2015 program which have entered the first level of discussion, Three (3) bills are waiting for Presidential mandate (Ampras) and five (5) bills are still in harmonization stage. The rest are 18 new bills proposed by the government, DPR and DPRD. (Humas BPHN)
