Head of the National Law Development Agency, Enny Nurbaningsih, in her opening speech at Preparation of Academic Draft Workshop said that the National Law Development as one unit of structure Ministry of Justice and Human Rights , has role among others are preparing academic draft. This bring a consequence that a human resources must ready providing a preparation the academic draft as according to requirement formation of legislation, specially for proffering forming legistation proposed by Ministry of Justice and Human Rights. Apart of that role, proposed by regulatory president No. 87, 2014, National Law Development Agency also make a harmonization draft of law from other Ministry and Institution either from technical and subtances, thus opening speech that she gave at the Modjono Hall, National Law Development Agency on Thuesday (21/2).
Basing on these roles, the workshop preparation of an academic draft has been done correctly, beside to improve a human resource quality of National Law Development Agency in Academic Draft preparation and harmonization of legislation, with a view materials related to methods of public speaking .
Workshop activities Preparation Academic Draft is an important forming activity legislation that more qualified. I hope for workshop participants especially officers from National Law Development Agency should take an active role and discuss more in the preparation of the mechanism related to academic draft .
Beside that, i also hope for the informant to be able to transfer the science to the participants so it can be used to repair and improve academic draft as technical and subtances so it can make appropriate contributions in the formation of legislation .
