The National Law Development Agency in cooperation with the Pahrayangan Catholic University and Law Firm Mochtar Karuwin and Komar held a symposium on international private law, particularly on international contract law. The objective of this activity is to discuss legal problems both in theory and practice related to international private law and to generate ideas from stakeholders on how to develop and reform Indonesian law on international private law or law on conflict of law. The symposium was held on 7 Nov 2013 in University of Pahrayangan Bandung with Dr Bayu Seto Hardjowahono and Mr Mulyana as speakers.
