On September, 30, 2015 The National Law Development Agency held a meeting for approximately 45 minutes with Ms. Carole, representative from OECD, who was visiting Indonesia, followed by a related event. The aim of the meeting would be to discuss what OECD is doing on regulatory policy, BPHN’s recent work, initiatives, and future plans for good regulatory practice in Indonesia. In this meeting, Carole mentioned that OECD and ASEAN have collaborated on Good Regulatory Practice. In March 2015, the OECD and Malaysia hosted an ASEAN-OECD Good Regulatory Practices (GRP) Conference.
