Jakarta, 18/01/2016-NLDA - Prof Enny Nurbaningsih, Head of The National Law Development Agency inaugurated Mr. Arif Rudianto, S.Ag, S.H., M.Si as Head of Personnel Department.
In her remarks, she highlighted that the role of Personnel Departement is very important. Tasks such as managing and developing system of competency based personnel information Apparatus State Civil (ASN) are very important for the organisation. Furthermore, Personnel Department must have acceptable plans for career development, career patterns, competency development, and promotion system.
The inauguration was inline with organisation changes in Ministry of Law and Human Rights. (Humas BPHN)
