On Desember, 2, 2014 Dr. Enny Nurbaningsih, Head of National Law Development Agency accompanied by Head of Legal Planning and Development Center, Head of Legal Documentation and Information Center received a courtesy call of Policy Analyst-Southeast Asia, Regulatory Policy Division, OECD, Mr. James Sephard. In her remarks, Dr. Enny Nurbaningsih welcomed the possibilities for co-operation between BPHN and OECD. Some issues were discussed in the meeting such as the current practice for the evaluation of law and regulation in Indonesia, the current practice for Academic draft, RIA, the current process for the development of Mid-term and Priority of Prolegnas and the improvement of national legal information system.
